The Flourish Layering Stencil by Stampers Anonymous. I already used it often. It is Gorgeous. First added the stencil on top of a peace of Pearl notecard. Than covered it with Wendi Vecchi embossing paste. Next poured some WoW Silver Hologram Sparkle embossingpowder over it and heat embossed it.
