Happy Easter

At this moment, as I write this, I am sitting in the sun, finally. What a blessing! And it is almost Easter. That means an extra day off, here in the Netherlands. But the true meaning of Easter is the ressurection of Jesus, and for me the most important reason to celebrate.
I sent out some Easter cards with poems on the inside. And this is one of them. Made with the Lovely "Friendship Blooms" stampset by SSS. And a Hero Arts background stamp with leaves. The curved edge is a SSS die. Super easy and so fun to do! Wish you all a Blessed Easter!

Daffodil

This card is made with a little stamped Daffodil from a stampset by Clearly Besotted. Got this stampset from Virginia last summer while she visited Europe. Thank you Virginia! It is so sweet of you! The poem on the card is made by another, dutch, friend. It has all to do with Easter.
So, again a card full of friendship and sharing what we believe in and what do like most: creating!

Choose Joy

Perfect words, the title of todays post and the name of one of the stampsets in the March kit by Simon Says Stamp. Not always easy to choose Joy. But when I am thinking of Spring is coming I feel Joy. Love the feel and the smell of the Spring air.
For this card I used the "Birthday Wishes Frame" by Simon Says Stamp and the cute boots from the "Choose Joy" stampset. Colored the image with Copic Markers and completed it with some pearls and a little bow.

Friendship Blooms

The title of todays post is the name of one of Simon Says Stamps stampsets, with beautiful daffodils. I really Love this stampset so much! Here is a card I made with this stampset.
In the background I used a stencil by JOY! The dotted paper is Papertrey Ink. And the branch I added is the "Singel Branch" by Impression Obsession.

The seize of this card is big: an A4 folded in half.

Beautiful Day

Today's start was rainy, but later on we got some sunshine and the temperature was lovely for february. I went out with my bike: a beautiful day! And thats also the name of a wonderful stampset by Altenew. I made a card with this stampset wich I show here.
Colored the flower with Distress Inks in reds and added some Gansai Tambi watercolor in White Gold on the leaves.
The background stamp is Hero Arts. The sentiment tag is by Joy crafts.

Hello

A sunday afternoon greeting from a cold Holland. There was time for a walk and some time for crafting. Made a card with some blue flowers with a bit of a spring feel.
Colored these Hero Arts flowers with Copic Markers and Derwent Color Soft Pencils on top to give it a bit of dept.
