It's Hip To Be Square

Today I like to share three cards I made for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge:" It's Hip To Be Square". The design team is using Simon Says Stamp stamps for this weeks challenge, and so I did.



The first one has the title: "Greetings from France". The SSS stampset I used are: SSS101614, and SSS101604 and two Hero Arts background stamps.


The second card has the title: "Photo at the beach". Used: SSS101614. And two Hero Arts background stamps plus CL931: oh happy day by Lia.


The third card has as title: "Summer Birthday". Used: SSS101614 and some Hero Arts background stamps plus CL039 and CL931.

Crete

Not long ago we went to Crete for Summer Vacation. We had a wonderful time, and I am still enjoying all the pretty things I saw there, looking back and watching my photo's again and again. So, today I share some of the photo's to give you a peek at Crete!

Distress Ink Lifting

A while ago I watched one of Jennifer McGuire's awesome video's were she showed a fun technique wich she called : "Distress Ink Lifting".
I loved it to try this technique myself. And I have to say: it worked well!
So, this technique is recommended!
And here is my result.



I added some shine on the flowers, you can't see it in the photo, but it gives just that little extra.
