Another card with Papertrey Ink stamps. I used a Hero Arts note card and stamped it with the Rainbow background stamp also by Hero Arts. For the butterflies I used a Martha Steward punch.

Recently I discovered that there's someone in my own village who is involved in stamping! She makes the most beautiful cards. And not that she makes the outside beautiful, but she always pays a great attention to the inside!
We already had some nice stamping time together. You know that I'm a Hero Arts fan, but she has great stuff from Papertrey Ink.
I was so lucky that I could make a card with her supplies as you can see here.

In the last week of 2010 we went to Amsterdam as we always do in Christmas vacaction. It has become a tradition wich I enjoy very much! Amsterdam is so nice with all the Christmas decoration and lights. But I also visited the Posthumus store and bought the new Hero Arts catalog and some new stamps. Besides that they have a lot of lovely stamps, the store itself is very beautiful as you can see here.

During the last week of 2010 we had two guests, young ladies from Germany, who came to participate in the "Taizé" conference in Rotterdam. Although I never met them before, and besides that I was not familiar with the "Taizé" movement, I can say that we had a wonderful week! For one day I joined them when they went to "Ahoy" in Rotterdam and saw thousends of young people together for praying, worship and to hear messages from the Bible. This was such a sign of Hope and very encouraging to me. What you see at the photo is the decor in one of the halls.Yes, we were sitting on the floor. The orange sails pointed to the harbour of Rotterdam. But it can be also an image of us sailing in our boat of life with the Lord.
