Get well

Today I like to share a card I made for TWO challenges! I never did this before, but now I gave it a try. For this card I used the sketch from the "CAS(e) this SKETCH" blog, and the colors from "CAS-ual FRIDAYS" blog.
I think I pretty succeed in it...

If you like, you can read more about the challenges.

Roses

Today I like to share two cards with roses I made for church. These cards are big, so I made a photo of the front panel.

I like the roses wich are a stamp by Hero Arts. the postcard stamp is also by Hero Arts. I stamped a zigzag on it.

These roses I adore! And I imagine there's a "loveletter" behind it. It is a stamp by Unity.
And now I like to show some roses we recently bought.

They have just the colors I like.
Hope you liked your visit today!

Tuesday Trigger

Today I made a card for the "Tuesday Trigger" challenge on Moxie Fab World blog. As soon as I saw the inspirational foto, I knew that I would make a card.
Love the blue white combo. Made me thinking of the sea, a summer vacation at the beach.
Here is the inspirational photo.

And here is the place where you can read all about it:

This is my card.

The cardbase is stamped with sea shells stamps of a stampset by Impression Obsession CL132 Nautical. The circle, chair, sea gulls and flip flops and letters are cut with my Cricut. Used "Life is a Beach" cartridge.
The little words are stamped with Technique Tuesday stamps.
The stripes in the circle are stamped with a stamp by Hero Arts "Canvas Stripes" CG196.

Triangles

Last week I was playing with the Hero Arts/Studio Callico stampset: "Hooray".
This stampset has some fun banners, to make festive cards. But the banners can also be used in another way. That you can see here.

Than I tried a more graffic card. But I am not good in such cards so I was struggling to get it to a good result. And than I read an article in a magazine about combining different styles. Thats what I can do, I thought, so I added a flower and a butterfly. And thats what you can see here.

Hope to be back later this week to show two other cards with triangles.
I will insert these cards in a Challenge at Moxie Fab World: The Trendy Triangles Challenge.
You can read all about it here:

Buttons

I saw that this weeks Challenge at CAS-ual Fridays is to make a card with buttons. You can read all about it here:
http://cas-ualfridays.blogspot.nl/
And than I got this idea, to make a jar with buttons. I had to think of that box with old buttons I have, and I mean very old. My children played with it when they were much younger.

Now, these blue buttons are not that old! They are from V&D, a dutch store. And the orange button is Hero Arts from some years ago. It has the same look as the blue ones.
The jar is a stamp by Hero Arts and the sentiment is from a stampset by Simon Says Stamp.
My favorite color is orange, thats why :)
Thank you for visiting my blog.

And I really love the flowers on the balcony's as you can see here.

And finally for today some "art" I found on the streets of Bezecca, at Lago di Ledro.

Isn't it fun!
