Pattern Play

This week I was participating in the Online Class: Pattern Play.
It was so much fun to see the video's. And I learned so much! I really loved it to get a lot of wonderful lessons, all kind of tips and idea's.

It is not only that you can watch the video's but also you have to do some "homework".
By doing that you can make things your own.
And of course it is a lot of fun!

This card is made after seeing a video on Day 1 by Jennifer.

Instead of die cuts I used my Cricut to cut the hearts. I was using the "Don Juan" cartridge. The paper is by Basic Grey and has the name "Kissing Booth". The sentiment is Hero Arts from the CL036 set "Number Two", and I used Royal Red Midtone Ink to stamp with.
Than added some punched hearts and covered them with glossy accents.
On the edges I applied softly Color Box Ink.
Doing that the hearts stand out some more.

Hope you like my card.

  1. Love this, Leni - you chose the perfect papers!

  2. This turned out nicely. That BG paper is great for backing the "simpler" heart. Like the light pink heart as the biggest one, breaking up the patterns. Wasn't class fun?
