During this time of year, early spring, I buy each week fresh tulips. I love tulips! Even when they almost be finished flowering they can be beautiful as you see here!

It's still winter in the Netherlands and it is snowing from time to time. Children have a lot of fun skating and playing with their sleigh. This inspired me to make this card. First it is stamped with clear stamps by Nellie Snellen. Then colored with copics, Derwent pencils and Spica pens. For the background I used a snowflakes embossing folder by Provocraft. And the words are by Hero Arts.

Last wednesday we went to Amsterdam. We had a lovely day.We did some shopping. Amsterdam is wonderful in this time of year, because of all the Christmas decoration and all the lights. And ,of course, I visited the Postumus store to buy some new stamps.

Green Heart changes in White Heart

The part of the Netherlands between Utrecht, Amsterdam, Den Haag and Rotterdam is called the Green Heart of the Netherlands. Yesterday we got some snow, so the Green Heart changed into a White Heart. Lucky me, I live in that part of our country! I love it to go out for long walks. And I love making pictures. Hope you like it to see something of this area!
